For the third straight year, the Atlanta chapter of Speedway Children's Charities will host the Championship Cornhole Tournament to benefit Atlanta-area children in need during the 2018 Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 NASCAR Weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
The tournament, a double-elimination competition featuring teams of two, will begin at 7 p.m. sharp in the AMS FanZone on Saturday, Feb. 24, following conclusion of all the on-track action of the day's NASCAR XFINITY and Camping World Truck Series twinbill.
The winning team of two will take home a $250 prize and pre-race pit passes for Sunday's Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 and will also be recognized on the pre-race stage prior to the race. The second-place team will be awarded $100.
Teams interested in participating in the 2018 Championship Cornhole Tournament can pre-register online here. Registration costs are $40 per team if signed up before Feb. 14 and $50 per team after that date and on the day-of the event.
