Atlanta Motor Speedway has made two additions to its staff to head its operations and sales departments. Jake Mullins joins AMS as Vice President of Sales, while Jon Shoemaker will serve as Director of Operations.

Mullins, an Ohio native, comes to Atlanta Motor Speedway from Teleperformance, a global outsourcing company providing omnichannel experience to its business customers, where he served as its executive vice president of global strategic accounts. Prior to that, Mullins served in various leadership roles with AT&T and its subsidiaries.

Mullins brings a wealth of knowledge of the motorsports industry from his experience as a racing driver and instructor with the National Auto Sport Association, as well as the Sports Car Club of America.

Shoemaker joins Atlanta Motor Speedway after 10 years as director of operations with Eagle's Landing First Baptist Church and Christian Academy in McDonough, Georgia. Prior to that, he spent 18 years as a civil engineer with Kiewit, where he oversaw infrastructure projects for the area and served in roles managing disaster cleanup efforts.
