Credential requests are being accepted for the October 24-26 Pep Boys Auto 500 Sprint Cup race weekend. This includes Hot Shot  Qualifying night on Oct. 24 and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event on Oct. 25. 

All requests must be made by an assigning editor and not the individual media member.

The deadline for credential application for the October, 2008 race weekend is Sept. 26, 2008. 

All applications must be submitted online via the SMI credential system.

Applications submitted via hard copy will not be accepted.
